This ground level efficiency is about 350 sq. ft., has rental apt upstairs, and everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. *April UPDATE* : NEW SHOWER renovation complete (well, mostly! but it's beautiful and functional. later will add glass block half wall) We had hurricane damage a few months ago, but new floors & shower done 2 bedroom lake house just steps to the water, complete with a private dock and plenty of outdoor seating. Flat top grill for lakeside barbeques & fire pit. Pure magic ✨ Fully equipped kitchen. Drip coffee maker. Large sink, but no dishwasher. Pet friendly for responsible pet owners! 🐕

Swanky, stylish, super fun cottage with fenced backyard & private hot tub! This spot is near historic downtown, riverwalk, live oak bank pavilion, greenfield lake amphitheater, breweries, & amazing restaurants! Walk a couple of blocks to Castle Street district for insane eats (Castle Street Kitchen, Jesters, Coco Pipa, Caffe Luna). Also walkable: trendy cargo district in one direction, or Wilmy’s amazing riverwalk for sunsets, shopping, & amazing dining. Under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

It’s perfect for a couples retreat, clean and comfy with access to lots of outdoor space! Wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and have dinner outside at the big farmhouse table. Don’t sweat the lack of ratings on this listing — we just switched to hosting on Airbnb ourselves, but the property has been on Airbnb for many years with great ratings!
