Located between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk to. Great location!

Quaint, quiet tabby cottage under the live oaks

If you want to lay down at night & not hear blaring music or kids partying, this is your spot. If you want to bring your dog on your trip & let them out in the backyard, this your place! I purchased & renovated in 2020 with a new kitchen, new appliances & fresh paint throughout! My cheerfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom tabby cottage is enveloped in a canopy of live oaks & spanish moss. The neighborhood is child friendly & safe. The back porch is cozy with romantic lights!
