Our conveniently located studio apartment is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches. Enjoy a well-appointed private and cozy air-conditioned space including a 55" smart TV with Netfix, gigabit internet, and a work desk. Your own bathroom, kitchenette and private patio with BBQ. Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Single bush retreat: Birdhide

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Short drive to local shopping centres. You'll love my place because of the location and restful atmosphere. Fantastic getaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Take in the ocean views while you sit around the shared pool or enjoy a relaxing drink or chill out on your private deck screened by bamboo. We have one super comfy king bed, a single bed and trundle so it is the perfect retreat for a couple or small family.

Subtropical privacy and serenity surround the accommodation areas, set in tropical gardens . If you enjoy gardens, there is always something flowering in the garden or treetops. Guests awake to the calls of many bird varieties in the surrounding trees. Within the rambling gardens is a landscaped pool available to guests, as is the adjacent fire pit for evening enjoyment.

This is a very large homely,and well set up house size unit. With two large bedroom. Fans in every room. And air con Has a large kitchen and dining room that seat 8 people. A large undercover outdoor area and bbq. With a bathroom complete with a bath. A very comfy lounge. And Netflix. Very private this house size unit is under our house. But has its own private entrance.
