Lake View 3bd/2ba Home with Pool and Free Kayaks

Enjoy Lake James at our lakeview cottage just footsteps from the most serene cove on the lake. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked, large kitchen or have a BBQ and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and on two decks. During the day, cruise the lake with our kayaks, or bring your own Standup Paddle Board or small boat--the cove has it's own private boat launch. The in-ground pool is available for guests May 15 - Sept. 1. The home has 2 workspaces, TV media room, outdoor grill and dining.

Riverside Cabin on 33 acres

Enjoy your peaceful mountain escape on our 33 private acres. We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. You can also find catch and release and wild trout waters inside the park. Feel free to message.

Welcome to Holly Cove! Relax in this cozy lakeside cabin. Enjoy a game of pool or make S'mores down at the fire pit. You can also take a short hike down to our dock and spend the day fishing. If you’re feeling adventurous, South Mountains State Park is a short drive with plenty of hiking for the entire family. Of course, you won't want to miss beautiful Lake Rhodhiss and all it has to offer. Boat rentals are available at the local marina located a short drive from the cabin.

Now pet friendly. A perfect waterfront playground to forget your worries while immersed in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Pisgah National Forest. Direct water access to Lake James for swimming, kayaking, or canoeing. Enjoy Dales Creek, which feeds mountain water into the lake. Whether swimming, paddling, fishing, or wading in the creek, there is no shortage of wildlife and flora to enjoy. Picnic and BBQ at the pavilion and relax by bonfires in the evenings.

Tamarca Hollow, A Nature Retreat

Escape the noise of your everyday world at our National Wildlife Federation Certified Habitat! Your space is a 700 sf, 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath area above (exterior stairs) our garage. We have a gravel, long, steep driveway (AWD\FWD ARE RECOMMENDED) & we’re tucked in down at the bottom of a 10 acre forest. No internet, wifi or tv service, but we guarantee you a better connection to nature! Unplug, disconnect and take in, savor the magick that is Tamarca Hollow!

Lake James Cozy Cabin

Waterfront on Lake James, this cozy cabin feels like your favorite pair of Blue Jeans. Located right next to Lake James Marina, it’s the best waterfront value on the lake. Three queen beds offer a variety of sleeping options. This is a small cabin and the second floor has a low ceiling height. Only a 1/4 mile drive to the entrance of Lake James State Park. Relax in the hammock or watch TV on the 400 square foot deck with a beautiful view of the lake.
