Located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Remington Bikeway, one block from Colorado State University, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size pull out-couch. There is a private deck but the back yard is not included.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Welcome to the NoCo Bungalow! This 1939 home is cozy and unique. Listing is located just a few blocks from the UNC campus, Northern Colorado Medical Center, and beautiful Glenmere park. It is within walking distance of some local restaurants and shopping, and is less than a mile from downtown Greeley. Downtown you will find music venues, bars and restaurants, coffee shops, local breweries, boutiques, and seasonal special events. This home is special and close to great places.
