Enjoy the beauty & relaxation that Caddo Lake has to offer at the Kingfisher Cabin. Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. The Farmhouse is located right outside of the small town of Atlanta. This is a great place to unplug and get back to nature. There is no WIFI or Internet. Relax on the back porch, have a campfire, fish, or walk some of the trails. Create memories with your family while getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pets are allowed for additional charge.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.

This charming cabin is nestled in the woods of a gated fishing community. Unplug and fish in your very own stocked catfish pond located on the property. Take a short drive to the quaint downtown Winnsboro where you will find antique shops, unique gift shops, a Center of the arts and a weekend evening stage. This cabin has space for up to 5 guests. Short 20 minute drive to Lake Fork. No chores at check out!
