Large deck giving a birds eye view of entire lake. Grill and patio furniture to enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets. The camp is unique, clean and quaint. One full bathroom and spacious 1/2 bath, cozy bedrooms and a spacious cozy living room that overlooks the entire lake,with new kitchen. Famous Parker Pie and Barton

Crystal Lake Getaway

Two story fully furnished cottage overlooking Crystal Lake with exterior decks, beach and gazebo access. One entry level bedroom with kitchen, dining, living room. Two downstairs lower level bedrooms each with full baths and queen size beds. One of the lower level bedrooms also has an separate exterior entrance. Four kayaks and one canoe available for use. Fire pit with chairs for evening gatherings. Ample separate parking. Rental fee based on # of occupants. Please include all guests.

Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 33 miles. Once completed, the trail will be 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.

The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
