A beautifully renovated Cape Cod, reminiscent of the late 1940's is located near restaurants, groceries, and the universities; some of which are in walking distance. While located on a main thoroughfare, the home exudes a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There are two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, eating and dinning area. A warn place to feel welcomed and at home. Universities: SCSU walk 18 min 1.0mil; Claflin University walk 15min. 0.8 mil; The Village Center walk: 3min 0.2mil.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Sit and relax around the water or get out for a day of golf at either of the 4 surrounding courses. Checkout the beauty of small city Orangeburg. A must see is the Edisto Memorial Rose Garden which the longest running black water river, Edisto River is runs alongside. Or are you dropping in for a college football weekend…? This is the perfect spot to host alumni and family for a game.

Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicate workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed.
