Located in the quintessential village of Great Gransden, the cottage provides a luxurious base with which to explore Cambridgeshire and the East of England. Newt Barn is situated in a large wildlife garden, with a meadow, bees & chickens. A quiet & pretty village 8 miles from Newmarket & 16 miles from Cambridge. Perfect for visitors to enjoy beautiful scenery and the calm and quiet of a remote rural setting. Sleeping up to 4 adults in spacious comfort in 2 beds, with a luxurious bathroom, garden views, fully fitted kitchen, high spec fixtures & comfortable lounge area. However, we do not accept infants or children.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a newly converted , self contained barn. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. A SMALL DOG MAY BE CONSIDERED ON REQUEST (£20) XMAS/LONGER TERM LETS by request please.

Comfortable fully equipped converted barn ideally located close to Cambridge in the village of Whittlesford which has a mainline railway station (Cambridge from 9 mins, London from 60 mins). It is 5 minutes drive to Duxford Imperial War Museum, 10 minute drive to Trumpington Park and Ride to visit Cambridge, 15 minutes to Addenbrookes Hospital 15 minute drive to Saffron Walden (Audley End House and gardens) and 22 miles to Stansted airport.

Enter this timeless and elegant church, constructed in 1794 and located in the picturesque village of Duxford, just a stone's throw from the lively city centre of Cambridge. This Grade II listed church has been thoughtfully transformed into two boutique mezzanine one-bedroom apartments, preserving the building's graceful original features. The church's conversion was showcased on the BBC One program 'Homes Under the Hammer'.

The Vinery

The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.
