Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from this cozy, quiet waterfront home. Relax and play at our serene lake house, 40 feet from the water. Embden is the 3rd cleanest lake in Maine and our lot is wooded for nice privacy. Fire pit, lounge chairs and hammock at the water's edge. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, yard games, fish or relax! Great golf close by! In the winter warm up by the fire after playing outside (sugarloaf 35 mins) ski, snowmobile, ice fish for salmon! Our driveway accommodates trailers.

This is a custom New England cottage with upscale appliances (Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator), granite countertops, gas fireplace, 55-inch 4k UHD TV with Harman Kardon sound system, Sonos music system, heat and a/c, private beach. Perfect for families with many tidal pools in front of the property. Please note that our house did not suffer any damage during the 1/13/24 storm.

Our charming beachfront cottage offers stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding natural beauty. With direct beach access, you can spend your days enjoying the warm sun, exploring the rocky shoreline, and spotting wildlife such as bald eagles and seals. The spacious home features a bright and airy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Over 2 acres at Lord's Beach provides a great family environment including a fire pit area & adirondack chairs near the water!

Shore House, Posey Unit - Ocean Front Property

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Dockside Cottage at Lookout Point

Our Ocean Side Cottage offers the best sunsets on the East Coast! This seasonal cottage is available Mid Apr thru Mid Oct. Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.
