The Cozy Granny Flat

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Oct’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

This private studio, entirely separate from the main house, offers a comfortable & affordable stay for up to 3 adults (or even 4). You'll enjoy complete privacy, with no need to cross through the main house to access the studio. Located in Bexley North, the studio is about 10 mins drive from Sydney Airport and just a 10 mins walk from Bexley North station with popular cafes & restaurants around. CBD can be reached in less than 25 mins by car and be at the nearest beach in under 15 mins!

Bamboo house is a luxury 3 bedrooms house located close to the city, airport, Brighton La sands beach, Arncliffe train station. The house can accommodate up to 9 people ( 3 Queen beds & 1 sofa bed, two mattresses). The House itself is located on a huge piece of land and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden.
