Welcome to Kayakers Hideout! Your peaceful coastal getaway located on the water just minutes from the beaches of Emerald Isle. Grab our soft top surfboard, bodyboard, and other beach gear and go! Launch one of our kayaks directly from our house into a beautiful system of secluded still-water creeks, winding through the wildlife packed waterways at the mouth of the white oak river. Located centrally between all of the most popular attractions in the area. Relax, unwind, and enjoy your trip.

The Shack at Pettiford Creek

Quiet and peaceful home located in the small town of Peletier, just five miles from Emerald Isle and 6 Miles to Historic Swansboro. This home is second row to Pettiford creek and has ample boat parking as well as a community dock and boat ramp suitable for smaller boats. Whether you're visiting the beach, exploring NC history, and/or wanting to do some fishing, The Shack at Pettiford Creek provides everything you need to enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer. River Watch Retreat

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Cape Carteret Getaway

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Blocks from Bogue Sound, neighborhood dock, parks, restaurants, Mac Daddy's bowling/arcade, and grocery store. It's only 3 miles to Emerald Isle's western beach access where you can put your toes in the ocean! Home has spacious outdoor patio with dining and firepit to enjoy those relaxing summer evenings. Home is open and airy with internet, board games, corn hole, and smart TV's for entertainment.

Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.
