Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Set on a quiet street, walking distance to Willard Beach & Scratch bakery, 5 minutes to Portland Headlight and 10 minutes to Portland's Old Port.

This bright guest studio is steps from the Greenbelt Walkway. Walk (within 10 mins) to two lighthouses, Willard beach, Bug Light Park, Scratch Bakery, Willard Scoops ice cream and a variety of restaurants. Portland is an 8 minute drive or 20 minute bike over the bridge. The space is minimal, bright and airy with windows surrounding, an elevated bed with comfy queen mattress, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cozy couch for lounging.

The Kettle Cove neighborhood is beautiful, relaxing, safe, quiet. Kettle Cove and Crescent beaches are a stroll away. We live in a 200 year-old farmhouse, and we love to host guests at our guesthouse, which is separate and private. The wide lawn, fire-pit, and BBQ are open for our guests.
