Only 3km drive to the CBD or ride your bikes all the way along the beach into town to really feel like you're on holiday. Enjoy the views from the large east facing verandah.

Kick your shoes off & walk straight down the path to beautiful Cooee Bay Beach which is conveniently just across the road. Sit back & enjoy the views of Great Keppel. This Unit, combined with Unit 1 below & Cooee Bay Beach House behind make a perfect destination for larger groups looking for family holiday get togethers, etc. PLEASE NOTE. This original 60's beachhouse with an updated twist enjoys great views and breezes. It's a short walk along the beach to the local shops, pub, library, cafes and tourist attractions. Emu Park is a small easygoing seaside village where you can just relax and watch the tides ebb or enjoy all the Capricorn Coast has to offer from sailing Keppel Bay to driving and fishing on remote beaches.
