Note that this Tiny House only accommodates two people; we are, of course, open to a child as one of the two at "Two by the Lake".

New one bedroom apartment with balcony only steps away from beautiful Harvey lake. Indoor secure parking for motorcycles and outdoor parking for cars&trailor . Prepare your breakfast from supplies in the fridge. Take in the amazing sunsets from your own balcony. Kayaks available seasonal and waterside deck is avaialble for your use. Only a 5kms drive from the Village and 25min drive from Fredericton. Come stay and relax and let your hosts, Roy and Dianne, make sure your stay is memorable.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

East Grand Escape, a home for year round fun!

Welcome to East Grand Escape, a private year round waterfront home. Unique with 2 floors of living and sleeping space. Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the sunrise with amazing open lake views into Canada from every window. Bring your boat, ATV or snowmobile for excellent fishing & recreation ALL year long. Large sloping lawn on lake side from house to the waters edge. Excellent frontage for swimming in the summer or ice fishing & snowmobiling in the winter, easy walk in lake access.

This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path when actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 minutes to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Wake up to the call of loons on the lake, and watch the eagles soar in and out of our private cove on the Mactaquac head-pond. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water; stretch, relax, and enjoy your coffee, there's no rush here...

Located 25km north of Fredericton near Mactaquac hydro-electric dam. Enjoy a bright, walk-in basement apartment with separate entrance, set in the middle of a 55 acre Christmas tree farm. Bright apartment nestled among mature maples and ash trees and surrounded by Christmas trees. Plenty of hiking and access to private beach/swimming. Outdoor campfire pit available with plenty of dry firewood for your use in the evenings.

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.
