The living room features a comfy sofa and chair for reading with queen sofa bed and tv, 1st floor full bath walk in shower. 2nd floor has a lofted ceiling with a queen bed, vanity, tv, desk and chair. The lake, Lebanon Valley Rail Trail, Clarence Schock Park, miniature golf, roller rink, and two playgrounds are within walking distance. Walk to the Playhouse, Tabernacle, Pizzeria, Hideaway Bar and Grill, Porch and Pantry restaurant, and The Jigger Ice Cream shop attractions. Hershey is a 20 minute drive and Lancaster a 30 minute drive.

One bathroom, with stand up shower, with washer/dryer, and yes, my water heater all are cozied up in there together.
