Holme Farm Cottage is a traditional one bedroom stone cottage, nestled within the quiet rural hamlet of Farleton, within the Lune valley AONB. Making it an ideal base to not only explore the surrounding area, but both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. It is a self contained cottage which sleeps two people. It has its own courtyard garden with seating, a separate kitchen, lounge with log burner and dining area, double bedroom and separate shower room. Off road parking for one car.

Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the tope floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.
