Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me. No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells me something about your group.
