Welcome to our Downtown Charmer apartment! Beautiful, recently updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment that is part of a larger home. This space is on the 2nd floor, with a private staircase entrance. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

Traveling with children? Please submit an inquiry first. Cozy, tons of deck. Simple home with basics, lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me. No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells me something about your group. No pets/additional guests without prior consent. Interested in learning how to bake very easy bread? I would love to give you a complimentary lesson. Former bakery/Café owner.

If you love the country and animals this is for you. Nestled among the Oak and Sycamore in the Carpinteria Foothills lies 3 cozy but luxurious fully-equipped Airstream's. 'Blue Agave' sleeps up to 4. (1 bed, 1 couch that makes into a bed) 2 beds total 'White Sage' sleeps 2. 1 bed 'Red Oak' sleep 2-3. 1 bed and 1 side bench that can be made into a bed for a small person Ranch life at it's finest. 5 minutes away from the worlds safest beach and 15 minutes from Santa Barbara.

There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more. Carpinteria is a jewel on the West Coast! Come, stay, enjoy, and return often!
