Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Nice appartment, 53 sqm, located 20' from Paris.

My best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from the main place all kind of shops (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .) are at less than 2 minutes.Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

studio terrasse sud sans vis à vis Park gratuit

Joli studio avec sa grande terrasse exposée sud et ouest au calme. Le lit 2 places sera fait pour votre arrivée. son matelas de 25 cm d épaisseur tout neuf vous accueillera pour une nuit paisible. Il dispose d'une belle cuisine équipée. Situé au calme et à 2 pas des commerces. Bus à 100m pour prendre le train en 20 minutes pour St Lazare ou rerA pour Paris. une excellente boulangerie à 200 mètres avec ces 2 baguettes tradition pour 2 euros. une station de trottinette électrique à deux pas.

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! New apartment totally renewed by an architect, a lot of light, under the roof with the top of the Eiffel Tower view! In the heart of Batignolles and Montmartre district, at 10min walking distance from the Sacré Cœur, at 10min walking distance from Moulin Rouge and the very dynamic district Pigalle, at 20min walking distance from Madeleine/ Concorde... On the 5th floor without elevator but a great space, light and view when you re in the apartment! It worths it!

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ...
