Come and enjoy this unique and peaceful place. Located on Leesvile lake minutes from a public boat launch. Originally crafted in the 1950’s and carefully renovated in recent years. A retreat to enjoy nature and connect with family and friends. Enjoy the Two plus acres of open area. Follow the stone path across the bridge to our tree house. Relax on the porch below nestled in the woods. Cook and entertain on the spacious patio and deck including wood fire pit, pizza oven, and black stone griddle.

The Cottage at Paradise Point

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway situated on Atwood Lake. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, campfires and a more relaxed way of life. This cottage can accommodate up to 10. The primary bedroom has a king and the other two bedrooms a queen. There is a pull out queen sofa bed along with two gel twin mattresses that can accommodate 2 children. You can grill on the blackstone griddle or cook in the kitchen. The cottage also has 4 bikes, board games, cornhole, ladder golf, and large Jenga set.

Secluded cabin on the lake shore - Sm Dogs Allowed

A remodeled chalet nestled away in Leesville's wilderness. This cabin comes with great views from either of its three porches. It’s driving distance away from family-friendly events like the Algonquin Mill Festival. It features a full kitchen with cooking items and a Keurig, blender, toaster, etc. This area is a perfect getaway. The lake has a 10HP limit for boats and is a perfect fishing and kayaking lake. It is across the street from a natural walking trail. Cell service can be spotty. No WIFI

Atwood Lake House - Direct Lake Access

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. - Very large covered patio for sunny afternoons - 4 seater golf cart available. There is a $100 deposit required that will be refunded upon inspection of the golf cart at the end of your stay. (available mid April through Oct 1 and a damage/liability waiver is required to be signed prior to operating) - Large open common space for entertaining - Pets welcome - 2 kayaks - 2 kid bikes - All amenities available

Family Friendly Atwood Lake Home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful and newly updated to ensure a wonderful stay at Atwood Lake. Including fire pit, gas grill and yard games. This lake house includes a King bed, 2 fulls and a queen sleeper sofa. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. Very spacious yard to play cornhole or badminton. Walk down and across the street to the lake or drive .7 mile to the Atwood East Marina were you can rent a pontoon or kayak and eat.

Hillside Hideaway Lodge

Step outside to be welcomed with a large hot tub under the ambiance of stringed lights- which are perfect for night time. There's a screened-in porch with plenty of seating and an extra dining table. Take a walk around the property to the pond. Great for fishing! Come and enjoy the wildlife from the comfort of this home. Adventure through Carrollton and other surrounding areas easily from this prime location. Once you are ready to relax, retreat to our comfortable and relaxing home.

Cozy Apartment

This is a downstairs basement apartment. There’s a small casino business on the top floor. There hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. There can be some noise occasionally. Once inside the apartment, there’s one window that looks to the outside breezeway. The breezeway has several windows and a storm door.
