Newly renovated and beautifully furnished Tuscan home in Chianni, Italy. There are two units within the property which are both inclusive of the price and both connected. The upstairs area boasts two large bedrooms, a modern chef's kitchen, dining hall and living room with a sleek bathroom. The studio unit below has a bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom. Guests receive a welcome package with a bottle of wine, water, and a free wine-tasting ticket at Castelvecchio.

The house is a five minute walk from the center of Greve in Chianti, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. It offers a private garden, parking and free WiFi. Perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy the tranquility and landscapes of Chianti. From January 2017 we have provided the home of a new and more powerful Wi-Fi. The use of heating has a cost of € 1,50 per m3. Tourist tax to be paied on site cash is € 1 per person per night for maximum of 4 nights.
