Seal Ledge - water's edge cottage with kayaks

Beautiful cottage sitting literally on the water's edge makes you feel like you're staying on a boat (minus the rocking!). Soak up the sun and watch the sun set on the private deck or take a few steps down to the dock and use our kayaks to go visit the seals that hang out on the rocks just down the cove all summer long. The cathedral ceiling great room is all glass facing the water so you can enjoy if it's too cool to sit outside. Only 15 mins to Brunswick and central to everything Harpswell!

Completely renovated home with private beach and waterfront. The water drops off gently making it great for young children. Variety of rafts, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal and row boat available for use. Great fishing in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. Outdoor deck is wonderful for entertaining. On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)
