The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

l'appartamento è poco distante dal borgo di Ischia Ponte e dal Castello Aragonese, raggiungibili in pochi minuti per una strada in discesa situata di fronte all'appartamento oppure lungo la romantica scalinata di via Sorronzano. Se amate tuffarvi in mare al mattino presto, raggiungete la piccola spiaggia di s.Anna oppure gli scogli di Ischia Ponte per una nuotata prima di gustare un cornetto ischitano .. che è molto più di un croissant! Ricordate che ad ogni discesa corrisponde una salita!!!
