Apartamento elegante y cálido en pleno centro de Madrid

Disfruta del bullicio de una de las ciudades con más vida desde este coqueto apartamento de situación inmejorable. Déjate llevar por sus creativos detalles y sumérgete en el descanso tras un día de aventuras recorriendo la capital. Apartamento preparado para 2 personas Precioso apartamento recién reformado, situado en el centro de Madrid, en Estrecho, a 15 minutos andando al Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. Transporte público muy cercano, a 1 min andando del metro Estrecho (linea 1) y varias lineas de autobuses. La linea 1 va directa a Sol por lo que se puede llegar al centro en solo 12 minutos. Tiene una decoración con muebles de diseño y dispone de 1 dormitorio independiente con mesillas con cajones, armario abierto con perchas , 1 baño y un salón abierto con cocina perfectamente equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera y lavadora. Tiene además un sofá cama individual en el salón para alojar un tercer huésped. En el salón hay una mesa plegable para alojar hasta 4 comensales. Dispone de cafetera y cápsulas de Starbucks, para el desayuno. ESTÁ ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDO FUMAR / TOMAR DROGAS. It is decorated with designer furniture and it has a separate bedroom with bedside tables, open wardrobe with hangers, 1 bathroom and an open living room with a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. It also has a single sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a third guest. In the living room there is a folding table to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a coffee machine and Starbucks capsules for breakfast.
