Elegant Apartment Overlooking Iconic Paseo Gracia

In the Best Street of Barcelona, on Paseo de Gracia, surrounded by modernism (Gaudi buildings) and with the best communications (metro in front the building), exclusive shops and right in the center (Catalunya Square, Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Boqueria Market). Modern and elegant building with security service. After a long day, enjoy a bath by candlelight, some relaxing lighting, and a wonderful bed. And if you need to work, come to our exclusive CoWorking located 150mt away with a beautiful terrace on the roof of the building. Do you need anything else? One bedroom luxury apartment is in one of the best locations Barcelona has to offer. It offers you the opportunity to stay right in the heart of the city near all the perfect places to sightsee an easy walk away. The bedroom has a relaxing King Size bed with cotton sheets and large comfortable carpets that decorate the entire apartment. Elegant living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a Queen bed size for the 3rd and 4th guest. The kitchen is completely equipped and the luxury continues in the en-suite bathroom where you have a hydromassage bath and a separated glassed-in shower. Furthermore, if you need to work in a more private and quiet environment, you can use our business center. And if you need to print a ticket or have a meeting, we put at your disposal the services of our business center. Passeig de Gràcia, the most iconic and cosmopolitan street in Barcelona, you will be able to find the most exclusive stores (Loewe, Armani, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, etc.), some of the most representative examples of Catalan Modernist architecture (La Pedrera, Casa Batlló), as well as cinemas, restaurants and a wide range of leisure options. Both me, Beatriz and Susana, we will be really pleased to host you in our appartment and make your stay with us as perect as you deserve. It's set on one of the most famous streets in all Spain, with the area designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As well as offering shopping and entertainment attractions, it's a showcase for modernist architecture by Gaudi and Domenech i Montaner. TRANSPORT from the apartment - Metro: In front (5 mt) - Bus: Perfect connection with all Barcelona (in Paseo de Gracia) - Train: Stop in Paseo de Gracia/Aragon St. - Airport: AEROBÚS is the official shuttle bus service that connects the airport BCN-El Prat and the centre of Barcelona every 5 minutes, every day of the year, in approximately 35 minutes. Relaxed, Spacious Loft with Jetted Tub

A typically newyorkan style semi-loft space, the property is located in one of the very best areas in Barcelona - at walking distance from the city centre, the city’s main avenue Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s famous buildings. Enchanting and welcoming, the loft is divided in two main areas - a wide sitting/dining room with integrated kitchen on one hand and open space bedroom and bathroom on the other. By the way, you don't want to forget to take a nice relaxing long bath! You know why? The bathroom will surprise you with a fabulous Jacuzzi! Thick brick walls, high ceilings with fully restored rustic Catalan wooden elements add onto the property that special note of history and character that makes it unique. The deco is vintage while it benefits of great interior natural light thanks to the exterior balconies on two sides - overlooking Aribau Street. The furniture varies from vintage items to unique pieces I found in antiques markets and I then personally restored, to a few modern units - all in all giving the place a personal charm! The flat sleeps up to 4 people thanks to its very comfortable sofa bed. Nevertheless, don't forget that the space is limited and a good degree of friendship is required to share a reduced space! The flat is fully equipped and you will need to bring but your suitcase to come and enjoy your stay in Barcelona! It has all been sorted for you: bathroom towels, bedding, air/con, central heating, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc, are included! On top of that you will find available some of the basic kitchen ingredients like milk, bread, sugar, salt, olive oil...and....surprise!...a bottle of local wine ...to get you nicely relaxed on your holiday! I am a mum of two - so should you need any baby equipment - no need to travel it over - I could help with that! Before arrival I will send you an email with my best recommendations on the local cultural and gastronomical offer. I will be happy to help you through any doubts or questions you may have about your stay - so to make sure that you truly and utterly can concentrate on just enjoying your visit! A last important note! Aribau Street is well known for its restaurants, bars and liveliness! At times it can be noisy. But no worries! The flat is fully sound proof! It is a neighborhood with a lot of life, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

New apartment near Sagrada Familia

HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants.
