Beautiful home right next to Beaver Lake. Feels like you are away from it all, but you will be only minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Lakeside Getaway is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet setting. Very accessible and close to Hwy 412. Has TV's in 2 bedrooms and the living room with full streaming capabilities. House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.

Just off John Deshields parkway you can ride to Crystal Bridges and the Bentonville Square on the Greenway and Sidewalks once out of this single entrance neighborhood. Small subdivision with one way in and out. Good size fully fenced back yard and pet friendly(Keep pets off furniture please). Extremely close to the memorial park baseball and soccer complexes for super close access for tournaments. This house is a great option for seeing Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and Biking.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system and Brittany golf course. The Metfield complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball court, basketball court, bicycle pump track, and bike skills course is within an easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the Rago & Mulligan trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs! We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).
