Private home with large lot allowing for privacy but close enough to town to easily get to restaurants and the split. Open concept living space with vaulted open ceilings. Large modern kitchen with all the amenities that you need including a water filtration system reducing the need for bottled water. Washroom has a bidet and beautiful rainfall shower with spa like feel. Queen bed in master, second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms are aimed to bring you to total relaxation.

Sandcastle Guest/Pool House

The Pool House apartment is nestled in the courtyard with views overlooking the beautiful and peaceful gardens and the cool inviting pool. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner and another restaurant close by. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

Driftwood Beach Front Cabanas with Wifi and kayaks

Brand new secluded beach front property with 4 identical ensuite studio single queen rooms on the northwest side of Caye Caulker. Located 1 mile north of The Split by foot or bike, or a 5-10 min boat ride if you prefer to be taken directly to the property! Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes & hammocks provided, plus an open-air shared palapa kitchen with bbq for grilling up your catch of the day!

*Picololo North Studio Apartment

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

A queen bed in the air-conditioned bedroom with a memory foam mattress topper, a full kitchen a sitting/lounge area now also with AC & small screened in patio overlooking the garden. The large pool is only a matter of steps away from your doorway, you will always be only seconds away from that revitalizing water. Bikes are complimentary.

Gumbo Limbo - Aria Kat Art Cabana

Stunning peaceful cabana on the reef side of Caye Caulker! This rental is not oceanfront, but only steps from the water. Have coffee or a cocktail on the large veranda with the Caribbean breeze in a private setting. As you walk into this massive deck you come under the palapa to all your outdoor living amenities, the BBQ, the jacuzzi, the dining area and never forget that astonishing view! AS you walk inside the glass sliders, you are welcomed into the tranquil calming space of the living area and kitchen. To the left is the spacious bathroom and next door is another generously proportioned master bedroom.
