Dibley Lodge is a self contained luxury retreat, on the outskirts of Cranwell in Lincolnshire. Boasting a bedroom with four poster bed and freestanding bath leading into an ensuite with walk in shower. It has a well equiped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge with a leather sofa. Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. Dibley Lodge is well situated for travelling and exploring local villages and towns in Lincolnshire.

Little Acres Apartment (near Belvoir Castle)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Granary Digby, Luxury rural cottage nr Lincoln

Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

Sunny Brook Lodge- a Cosy Brook-side setting

Feel at one with nature in this cosy brook-side setting surrounded by trees. Positioned in the corner of a cul-de-sac with parking, and garden with private area. Relax at this peaceful place to stay, within walking distance of to the thriving village of Ruskington. Centrally placed in Lincolnshire, and with train and bus services a walk away, visit the historic city of Lincoln, or Grantham, Boston or Newark. Beautiful woodland and waterfall walks are less than three miles.

The Stable, Dry Doddington

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.

Welcome to Cherry Oak, a lovely two bedroom barn conversion, conveniently situated within the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Via a lovely picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see and towards the front, the outlook is over our beautiful cottage style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area.

The property sits behind our house, separated by a courtyard garden and accessed by the side gate. The well-appointed property offers underfloor heating, dishwasher, microwave, Sky TV and WiFi. There is a single parking space on the drive for guests.
