Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

The England House at Macedonia Meadows

Get away from it all in the country, but close enough to the city for all the modern conveniences. Located directly between Cookeville and Sparta, TN near Burgess Falls, Window Cliffs, Rock Island, Cumberland Caverns, Fall Creek Falls, Virgin Falls, golf courses, and nearby Center Hill Lake. Peaceful and private farmland surrounds this 1500 sq. ft. home with 3BR, 2Baths, LR, DR, Kitchen, Sunroom with private views, laundry room, 2-car carport. Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest for a day or stay a week!

Adults . Pets OK fenced yard There is a $25 pet fee per pet. We can do same day booking, just ask! No cleaning fee! Our beautiful tiny houses, in our garden, king size bed, bath, charcoal grill, outside wood stove with cooking area . big farm, garden, hikes, , bluegrass music sometimes, 2.5 miles from Burgess Falls, 12 min to Walmart. Also see Red Mule Lodge next door, a little bigger with a big screened porch. Ponies, dogs, music. king size bed plus one single size bed.
