Two golf courses are located down the street in one direction while a recreation center with an olympic sized pool with water attractions for kids is located in the other direction. Watch the sun set over the Great Salt Lake from your own covered patio with an amazing view. With covered guest parking, a full bath complete with a walk-in shower and a tub, and a fully stocked kitchen, this will be your home away from home. With only 7 mins. to the freeway, 19 to the airport, and 19 to downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideal. Close to all the world-class ski resorts Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with it’s own entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM. Renovated Basement Apartment with Stunning Views

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
