Amazing property on Pleasant Lake in Northern NY! 25 minutes to CANADA, 30 minutes to the 1000 Islands, a little over an hour to the Adirondacks. Stay at arguably the nicest place on the lake! Spacious home at almost 3000 square feet with cathedral ceilings making it feel much bigger. Nine acres and a long driveway makes you feel secluded for your stay! Swim at the private boat dock, sleep in the top notch adjustable king bed, & when you wake, the coffee machine, lake views, and forest awaits!

Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

4 bedroom Lakefront Home with private dock for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, hiking trails and golf course. 4 ski mountains. Vineyards, breweries, distilleries, restaurants! The lake access, Beach Access, Restaurants and Shopping are all located 30 seconds away from our rental! Also a beautiful park called Shepards park right outside of the entrance to our rental! If you’re planning on visiting Lake George and the village you will not find any other rental as centrally located as our rental! We have private of street parking, full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms, dining table, living room, air conditioning, full size bathroom, and a seasonal enclosed deck!

Lake access, fully furnished in a quiet, walkable, neighborhood. Utilities included! Close to wine country, breweries and cideries, Bristol Mountain skiing, downtown shopping, restaurants, and less than 30 min. to Roch. Enjoy CMAC which is walkable, or the NYS Wine Ctr. A great walking and biking area with easy access to the City Pier and great sunsets from the front porch or sunrises from the back deck! The host has tremendous knowledge of the FLX area and will answer any questions!

Being walking distance to restaurants & local amenities means you can explore all downtown has to offer or unplug at home: Grill, roast s'mores at the campfire, soak in the 5-person hot tub or take a spin on our bikes or kayaks- all included with your stay. Option to add on a deep-water boat slip & dog stay!
