There is a deep sanitization of the space (across all surface areas) that is subject to review before any guests arrive. Your safety is my primary concern! I look forward to hosting you soon :) Relax and unwind in a cozy, modern oasis nestled in the heart of Sherman Oaks, CA – just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town on business or here for pleasure. You will have everything you need to make your stay in LA one for the books. In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. You will have a private entrance, lounge chairs out front to take advantage of a classic sunny day in LA, and an endless array of gorgeous plants and flowers to perfume the air. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This hidden, hotel-like boutique unit features a modern design that's tastefully simplistic, it truly accomplishes a timeless aesthetic. -Fully private guest house -Private entrance -Incredibly comfortable Queen bed -High Speed WiFi -Large rotatable TV with premium cable and Netflix -Central AC & Heat -Coffee Maker with coffee pods -Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Oven -Plates, Cutlery, Glassware, Mugs -Bedding and Towels, Bathrobes, House Slippers -Tons of street parking available -Laundry by request -Easy freeway access -Walking distance from: Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks Galleria, Westfield Shopping Center - Sleeper Sofa/ Pull-out couch I live inside the front house of the overall property and am essentially invisible! If you need anything, however, I can respond quickly with solutions. Your concerns are my concerns and I welcome any and all feedback – my goal is to provide an optimal customer experience. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.
