The location is the best on the beach with the master bedroom sitting high on the 3rd floor with unobstructed and panoramic sunset views! Everything in the house is custom including the art! Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. The Ojai Cowboy Cabin at Rancho Grande

Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property. A private, sustainable off the grid getaway, the Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.
