L’appartement est à 2 km d'intra-muros (centre historique) et 1,5 km des plages (dont l'une d'elle classée plus belle de France : cf. photo). Boulangerie, bars, restaurants, supermarchés, cinéma, salle de spectacle et casino à proximité. Stade de foot et terrains de sport (basket, course, tennis) juste derrière.

Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.
