Lake Iroquois - "Lakes End"

Lakes End on Lake Iroquois in Hinesburg VT. Gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. Located 50 feet from shore with steps leading to water. Cute kitchen with fridge, oven, refrigerator. Counter space for meals. Large living room. Master bedroom with queen bed, bunks beds. Deck & Grill 40 ft of lake frontage, private dock. Paddle kayaks, hike trails from property. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

There is a boat launch within walking distance or a marina where you can rent a boat about a mile from the house. A public beach shortly down the road that incAmenities include: Private Dock, Hot tub, beach towels, Fire pit, sitting area on the lake, tree swing, large yard, kayaks, canoes, full kitchen, AC, WIFI.

The Boathouse is a lovely lakefront home, newly constructed in 2014 and just refurnished in 2020. In the winter, it is a quiet place at the end of a long driveway to be cozy and warm with family and friends before and after adventures in the snow. In the summer, it is a great place to enjoy the water and gorgeous views of the Green Mountains in Vermont. Snuggle into the cozy beds and down comforters in the winter and open the massive sliding glass doors in every room in the summer.
