Begin the day with coffee and fresh air on a screened porch with city views from high up. The interior is designed for comfort, with a wicker rocking chair and piles of cushions. Parquet floors lead from an open-plan living area to a quiet bedroom. Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is updated and clean from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line queen mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the high end sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. 50 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to - America's Mart - Phillips Arena - World Conference Center - Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Centennial Park - Coca-Cola Museum - Georgia Aquarium - less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed.. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building. Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery. The condo is in the downtown Hotel District, walking distance to Falcons and Hawks games. The World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also in the neighborhood. 2 MARTA stations are close by. Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Garden yard with several outdoor living spaces. Situated high up in Midtown's best corner location offers loads of privacy, yet all the action you wish to see. Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. The Tree House is a 2 bedroom 1 bath A-frame cabin built in 1971 overlooking the trees. Our home has a beautiful picture window that allows for amazing scenery as you sit and enjoy friends & family inside or on the deck. Our home was renovated by us in 2017/2018, it has been so much fun to be hands on while our vision has come together to give an industrial rustic feel. The Tree House can be used as a base camp as it is centrally located in the NC mountains ...10 Minutes to Historic Flat Rock & the Flat Rock Play House, 15 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 15 Minutes to Dupont State Park, 20 Minutes to Brevard, 35 Minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center, 45 Minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, 45 Minutes to Asheville, & 45 minutes to Greenville, SC. Once you head up the driveway you will have parking for 3 vehicles on the parking pad. Do not park in the garage. Please use caution when pulling in and backing around deck support poles. Guests will have access to the entire property minus one owners closet with a pad lock. Available as needed by text, phone, email. I will be happy to recommend cool restaurants, breweries and area attractions. We love to hike so we can provide suggestions on hikes in the area. The cabin is set a top a plot of land along a private gravel road, yet only minutes by car from downtown Hendersonville’s dining and shopping. Pay a visit to Carl Sandburg's Home, then grab a cold one at Oklawaha Brewing Company. A vehicle is reccomended We have a Insignia Roku TV & DVD player. The TV is attached to an antenna with about 15 stations and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Google Play, & Sling. Guest will have to use their account logins for the apps

No parties, no smoking/vaping anywhere. $500 fee if we find evidence of smoking - including, but not limited to smell. No firearms. Please observe city noise ordinance. (11 pm - 8:00 am). We provide plastic ware for the pool - please no glass of any kind outside. We charge a $500 fee for any evidence of glass out back. Our goal is for you to have a great trip. Outdoor security cameras on site. We prefer rental age 25 and over. Centrally located between Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Phipp's Plaza and Lenox Mall. Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included. In ground pool with one of the few diving boards in the neighborhood. Very open and light. This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud comings and goings between 10 pm and 8 am. The entire home. The master bedroom and master bath are on the main floor. There is a full bathroom also on the main level. The two bedrooms upstairs have a full bathroom between them. Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour and we are happy to meet them in person. Morningside/Virginia Highland is an oasis within the city. The house is in the city, a short walk to local shops and restaurants; parks and outdoor activities are on the doorstep. Sporting events and concerts are also a short ride away. Uber, Lyft, MARTA Our favorite neighborhood and one of the best/most convenient in Atlanta.

Look across the leafy courtyard from the sun room of a landmark building in Atlanta. Built in 1907 by the famed Southern architect G.L. Norman, this restored apartment boasts eclectic accents such as stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. This unit is on the first floor level, with an expansive sunroom overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the first floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The apartment is in The Woodruff on Ponce that’s located near all things Atlanta. It’s a few blocks from Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Piedmont Park. Many well-known Atlanta eateries including Mary Mac's Tea Room, Bon Ton and Pappi's are close by. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
