Excited to be back online after months of upgrades! Enjoy a comfortable RV so large it feels more like an apartment. There are ample amenities for a romantic getaway or fun for the whole family. From a comfortable king sized bed to a fully stocked kitchen to a large gym with washer & dryer, you'll have everything you need. Outside you can enjoy a private hot tub & fire pit, egg chairs, vegetable & flower garden, a pond pergola, pool, golf cart, extra hot tub, and even a cold plunge tub.

Flamingo Vintage Camper

The Flamingle is a Vintage camper in the middle of the Theater. The camper includes an outdoor shower, bathrooms, pet friendly, barbecue grill, 2 movie admission tickets, a private covered viewing deck and very close to the bathrooms. The theater has a restaurant with a full menu. The Camper includes a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker with all the trimmings but no other cooking appliances. This is the largest of the three campers. Wake up in the morning with privacy and solitude.

Blackwater glamping

If you want to escape traffic and people, this is the perfect place. Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, and Fort Walton Beach are a quick drive away. Beautiful local parks and rivers are within 5 minutes. This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.

Community amenities include a salt water swimming pool, hot tub, community firepits, outdoor pizza oven, clubhouse, playground, and a rushing creek, all within a private gated community.

Enjoy sunrise views over the lake! You'll love this private camping space, with your very own hot tub! Kayaks and a canoe available. This camper sits atop a ridge overlooking Waterfront Bay, and Lake Guntersville, halfway between Scottsboro & Guntersville. 1 1/2 miles to Waterfront grocery and the double boat launch. The layout of the camper is very comfortable! One bedroom with a full queen size bed. Couch and dinette make into beds. Sleeps 6 if some are a little short.

Horseback riding, whitewater rafting, hiking, Casino and many other activities just a short drive away. Fenced property allows dogs to run and play with family.
