Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

Peaceful waterfront paradise

Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is an 15 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass near by. This may disturb your sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Welcome to the Cottage! This cottage sits directly on Cassadaga Lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every night from the concrete patio or from the couch. Feel free to go kayaking, fishing, or swimming directly from the dock or shoreline. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy lake life for the weekend, week, or month! *NEW* 2 kayaks are available for free use during your stay. Lakefront Hosta Cabin

The Hosta Cabin sits on about 7 acres. We have 450' of lakefront with stairs that give access to Lake Erie. There are two cabins on the property. We live on the property as well. Each cabin has its own fire pit and chairs. While the cabins are next to each other, there is ample space between each. They are close enough if you want to make it a family stay and rent both. Please note, while we have a dog as part of our family, we do not allow guests to bring pets.
