Escape to the Chalet on Holiday Lane, located a stone's throw from Fish Lake, nestled in the serene mountain area near the Bavarian village of Leavenworth. The chalet is centrally located between Stevens Pass, 32 minutes from the cabin, and the town of Leavenworth, which is 30 minutes from the cabin. The Cove Resort, is just down the road were you can fish and Lake Wenatchee is 6 minutes away for swimming! We are 3 minutes away is Midway Grocery that serves coffee and ice cream. STR 000612

(Chelan County Permit # 000271) Welcome to my family’s ‘home away from home’. 30 minutes to Leavenworth or Stevens Pass ski area, 10 minutes from Lake Wenatchee and the town of Plain. “Forest Haven” is nestled in a picturesque setting among the trees in the mountain community of Chiwawa River Pines. The open-concept living space features a cathedral ceiling and wall of windows, a fireplace, Smart TV & sound-bar, breakfast bar, and dining table. NOTE: 8 persons maximum, including infants.

Modern Cabin Near Leavenworth & Lake Wenatchee

Your home base for outdoor adventures near Lake Wenatchee, Leavenworth and Stevens Pass. Cabin is just across the road and has trail access to beautiful Lake Wenatchee. In the summer, hike, bike, float the Wenatchee river, golf at Kahler Glen or hang out at the state park beach. In the winter snow shoe and cross country ski at the state park, ski at Stevens Pass 20 miles away and head to Leavenworth for a slice of Bavaria. Then soak in the hot tub and cozy up in front of the fireplace.

Please note: a rental that includes December 7, 14, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 or 31 requires a 3 night minimum stay. For rentals in December only: check-in is @ 3:30 and check-out is @ 10:30. Our place is 1.5 miles to town and good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends ($30 per pet/night). You'll love the beautiful views of Sleeping Lady Mountain and the open-concept floor plan. Third and 4th beds are queen beds in loft. Garage & office are not included.

The comfortable furnishings blend seamlessly with the log-home vibe, and there is plenty of room to lounge and relax or play games and catch up with friends. There is roomy outdoor space, & it is in a prime location to explore the area.

Enjoy the wildlflowers and elk while you drink coffee on the back deck. Bring your hiking shoes, skis, snowshoes, or mountain bikes and just head out the front door! After siesta, it's an easy drive to Leavenworth, where dinner at Yodelin and a night on the town await!
