Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Pets Allowed!

Welcome to the Nuthatch Cabin

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

This cozy get away is just 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the famous Pumphouse Restaurant. A great place to call home while visiting Alaska!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the Chena Hills. Surrounded by nature, relax in this 2 bed, 2 bath custom log home. Enjoy meals on the wrap around deck and end the night with a bonfire. Downstairs boasts a large movie room with foosball table. Entertain in the open concept kitchen with a wood burning stove. Perfect for those chilly nights watching the aurora from the deck. 4x4 car required from the months of Oct-April.

College Town Charm (CTC) is wonderful place to base your Fairbanks adventures out of. A place to relax, recharge, or even get some work done. CTC is in a great area close to the University. From here you are in walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, and even a laundromat if needed. CTC features high speed internet, wall mounted TV's with Netflix and YouTube TV. The Charm also has an HRV to provide continuous fresh filtered air.
