Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

Cotswolds - onsite leisure & wellness facilities

Lower Mill Estate is a 500 acre private nature reserve for holiday homes. Oakleigh Cottage is a fully equipped 4 bedroom (2 ensuite) property. It is one of a limited number of properties in Mill Village which includes access to the onsite leisure and wellness centre - heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, steam room, eco pool, gym, therapies and treatments. The Lower Mill also has playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, lake access and more.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A LUXURY HOT TUB SPA WITH INBUILT BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. Located within the family (and pet) friendly Lower Mill Estate on the River Thames, The Plovers offers guests a spacious 3 bedroom property with a large private garden. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. (Pool is now heated!) During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Stunning architect-designed glass and timber pool house, set in private woodland, with king size double bedroom, spa, sauna, cinema room, kitchenette & indoor pool. Guests have private use of a lawn surrounded by woodland, and patio, for outdoor dining. The pool house is set right on a bridleway, which connects with excellent biking and walking trails. Nearby Goring and Pangbourne have cafes, artisan cheese and bakery shops, supermarkets and train stations.
