Jake and I are fully committed to providing you the Home away from Home. No management company here, no cleaning fee, we do it all ourselves. Communication, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - our reviews show we take pride in the place. Now if we could only figure out how to provide the perfect weather!

Penrose House An English escape by Lake Superior

Penrose house is an original Edwardian home having a private and separate third floor suite. Guest access and entry to the suite is through two high security doors leading to a back stairway used exclusively by guests. Safe off-street parking is available at the rear of the property for guest use only. Our property is located in one of the most sought after streets in the heart of the Central Park area of Superior, Wisconsin. We are centrally located for tourist destinations in the Northland.

Enjoy this tranquil yurt nestled in the trees overlooking a mowed meadow, providing a hybrid experience between camping and staying in a cabin, or ‘glamping’. You will be surrounded by nature and wildlife, sheltered by the canvas ‘yurt’ and sleeping in a comfortable bed. There is a small solar power system in the yurt and shared porta-potty (~100 yards from yurt). Potable drinking water available.

Mayors Chamber Suite | Jacuzzi & Sauna

This stately suite is named for Mayor Fedo who lived in the mansion in the late 1980's while serving as Duluth's youngest Mayor yet elected, a controversial figure, he brings intrigue to this already fascinating mansion. The room is adorned with a queen-size bed, armoire, gas fireplace, A/C, whirlpool tub, Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and so much more. This property is intended for adult getaways, no persons under the age of 16 are permitted.
