Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.
