Due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato in camera. Grande terrazzo e giardino con alberi, piante e fiori. Tu avrai: 2 posti macchina dentro il giardino e godrai sia della vicina spiaggia sia della tranquilla collina. La villa è perfetta per vacanza al mare, romantiche o di lavoro.

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). La posizione è molto strategica, per la sua vicinanza a numerose località turistiche. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.
