Waterfront Cottage at Ketners Mill Arena

1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

This home is located on the top of the Cumberland Plateau, the southern part of the Appalachian Mountains. Designed with nature in mind, this property sits on a farm and is surrounded by wildlife. The Cottage is just a short drive to Fall Creek Falls State Park where you can go fishing, biking, boating, golf, hiking, attend interpretive programs, rock climbing, zip-lining, horseback riding and swimming. Please advise: Our cottage is service dog exempt. Absolutely no pets at SFC.
