This beautiful 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom house overlooking the main village (Chora) has the most stunning sunset view over the Aegean sea and Sikinos island from its terrace. The house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. It can accommodate easily 4 persons. Suitable for family holidays and young couples. The main entrance is via a pathway but there is parking space next to the house. A 2-minute walk to the village, supermarket and bus station.

Τουλάχιστον τρεις από τις πολύ δημοφιλείς παραλίες του νησιού (Μυλοπότας, Κολιτσάνοι και Γυαλός), βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 15΄-20΄ με τα πόδια και 5΄-10 ΄με το λεωφορείο . Ό,τι και να χρειαστείς είναι δίπλα σου: εστιατόρια, εμπορικά μαγαζιά, fast foods, super markets στάσεις λεωφορείων. Το καλύτερο ηλιοβασίλεμα, από την κορυφή της χώρας.

Mister blue, private terrace to relax ,Chora Ios

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Το Chora Anargyros βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της χώρας αλλά ταυτόχρονα μακριά από τα πολυσύχναστα μπαρ του νησιού. Πρόκειται για ένα παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι 80 ετών πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διατηρώντας την κυκλαδική κουλτούρα. Ο κεντρικός δημόσιος δρόμος απέχει μόλις 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια και η στάση του λεωφορείου 2 λεπτά. Επίσης βρίσκεται 1 λεπτό από το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ.
