Modern Lake Weir House

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Entire 3 Bedroom House (Sleeps 8) in The Villages

Spacious 3 bedroom house in The Villages. The house is newly renovated and features both a new 70 inch Samsung TV in the living room and a new 50 inch Samsung TV in the master bedroom with Hulu Live and Comcast Business high speed internet. The house is located near the Spanish Springs Town Center, Tierra del Sol and Glenview Country Clubs. We have a jacuzzi for your enjoyment, as well as a grill. The home sleeps 8 with privacy using a sofa bed located in the rec room.

Take a short stroll across the street to Edna's Beer & Wine Garden or enjoy the nearby pool or Pitch N Putt. This beautiful, ultra clean, new home can be your next oasis and you enjoy preparing a meal in the beautiful kitchen with all of the necessities. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms give you plenty of room to enjoy the house for yourselves or have a few guests.

Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad

A-Frame modern home located on hundreds of acres of protected wetlands privately accessed via the 250’ boardwalk from the house. Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. Leave no trace!
