This home is on 2 levels with 5 bedrooms (1 room is a mezzanine with double day bed and desk), 2 bathrooms, laundry, large open family room, kitchen, dining area & swimming pool. Wrap around deck provides amazing views of the Gold Coast & the back patio sits in the rainforest. You'll find local shops, restaurants, cafes, rainforest walks and Gold Coast theme parks all within a 30min drive.

Beautifully renovated historic Queenslander, situated on top of Mt Tamborine with spectacular views over the Great Dividing Range. This 4 Bedroom house is mountain living at its best. 2 large decks with views that come to life at sunset and a swimming pool with same views. The Retreat is a tranquil mountain house tucked into the rain forest. The ocean view stretches before you and you will not want to leave. On cool nights the fireplace beckons. The Main house with 2 king size en suited bedrooms which are air conditioned is separated from the Bunk House (with 2 bedrooms and bathroom) by a raised wooden walkway. There are 2 cafes within walking distance serving excellent coffee.

Welcome to 'Sutton Lodge', nestled in the rain forest in a quiet cul-de-sac on Tamborine Mountain.
