A beautifully remodeled flat in light filled walkout basement with 1 bed /1 bath flat that sleeps 4, w/island kitchen, luxury queen bed, electric fireplace, full sleeper sofa, coffee bar, game/card table & corner desk. French doors with key less access lead to a relaxing covered patio, outdoor bar, grill and sitting area. Private covered parking. There are full time tenants above the flat. They are very considerate and know to limit noise, especially during quiet hours of 10pm - 10am.

New one bedroom apartment with a great mountain view of the Olympic mountains has a private balcony and entrance. Living and dining room has a great open floor plan, the sofa sectional has a queen size bed and the bedroom has a queen size bed also. We are in walking distance to Sunny Farms country store and the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Dungeness River. Located between Sequim and Port Angeles give you many beaches, Hurricane Ridge, Lavender farms , winery and Olympic Game Farm.

Discovery Way on Diamond Point offers an inspiring water view on a bluff overlooking Discovery Bay. Eagles fly by at eye level. Deer may wander by the picture windows. This quiet hideaway has a pleasant solitude. Beach walks, trail hikes, kayaking and biking are easily accessed. This daylight basement apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay. A variety of stores are available in Sequim , which is 14 miles west , and Port Townsend , which is 23 miles east .

TOTAL PRIVACY.....small, fully furnished Park Model guest house with an electric fireplace, a TV in the bedroom( queen size bed) as well as a TV in the living room, a small Charcoal Bar-B-Que available, on a 5 acre area across the drive way from a private home , 5 miles from downtown Port Angeles. Beautiful landscaping with a trout pond, large yard, in season berries on the bushes, produce in the garden, fresh eggs in the chicken coop and catch and release trout fishing.

Guests say our space is “beautiful, peaceful and clean.” You may hear some light noise transfer or see others guests (or our family) on the property. Be aware that the Roost is located on the top floor, up 2 flights of stairs. Our favorite restaurants, hiking, biking, kayaking and beach access spots are all within a 30 minute drive. We are just on the outskirts of town, far away enough for a country feel and close enough to go grab a quick bite to eat. We are in a quiet family neighborhood and a few minutes off HWY 101, super easy to hop on or off the main road. Hurricane Ridge, Dungeness Spit, Lavender Farms galore are a short drive away. So much to explore and do here.
